WoodWOP for CNC Machining Centers
This course is designed to provide first time
WoodWOP machining center owners with the introductory
information necessary to utilize WoodWOP Version
4.xx software. Basic orientation to Windows through
common programming functions will be taught to
allow more rapid machine start-up and efficient
programming of components. Prior experience
with Windows and basic PC skills are required.

Intermediate WoodWOP for CNC Machining Centers
- CBT
This CBT reinforces the concepts taught in the
introductory course and moves the user toward
upper-level programming techniques. Examples and
interaction within a simulated WoodWOP environment
raise the level of sophistication and flexibility
of your programs, allowing users to program more
efficiently. An interactive tutorial is provided
that will walk you through the process of importing
AutoCAD DXF files into WoodWOP. Six sample programs
are included. Completion of the MC050 or MC100
is strongly recommended prior to using these course
materials.
Cost: $495 per kit.

Machining Center Programming & Operation
This comprehensive point-to-point machining center
course contains hands-on information for Weeke
CNC equipment. A significant portion is devoted
to the WoodWOP Version 4.xx programming software,
with emphasis on parametrics for drilling and
simple routing routines. Also discussed are operation/set-up
of state-of-the-art equipment, tooling, fixturing,
and basic maintenance. Prior experience with
Windows and basic PC skills are required.

Advanced WoodWOP for CNC Machining Centers
(Prerequisite: MC050 or MC100)
This advanced programming course will take the
seasoned WoodWOP 4.xx user through a series of
programming projects designed to teach upper-level
programming techniques. These projects cover complex
routing, parametrics and the use of specialized
sub-programs to enhance the machine's basic capabilities.
Other topics discussed include tooling and CAD/CAM
procedures.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting for CNC Machining Centers
This point-to-point machining center course contains hands-on information to assist companies in resolving machine issues or identifying issues that require a Field Service Technician. A significant portion is devoted to machine operation / calibration and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems. The vacuum system, cooling system and the effective use of tooling are also discussed.

Electrical Troubleshooting for Panel Processing
Equipment
Introductory through intermediate information
on troubleshooting and repairing electrical problems
with European and Japanese woodworking equipment.
Special attention will be given to electrical
circuits, electrical components, reading European
schematics and use of meters. Hands-on experience
with edgebanders, saws and point-to-point machines.
